Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AgentPay's gateway, dashboard, and SDKs. By using the service you agree to them.

1.The service

AgentPay operates a payment-gated API gateway. Providers register HTTP endpoints; agents discover and call those endpoints by paying a per-call USDC fee on Solana. AgentPay verifies on-chain payments and forwards verified requests to the provider.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for complying with local laws — including the legal status of cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. AgentPay is not a money transmitter and does not custody user funds.

3.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • List or call APIs that violate applicable law
  • Attempt to circumvent payment verification or replay-protection
  • Reverse-engineer the gateway or scrape provider secrets
  • Use the service to transmit malware, harass others, or facilitate illegal content

We may suspend any provider or block any wallet found to be in violation. On-chain records of past transactions cannot be reversed.

4.Payments & settlement

Agents pay providers in USDC on Solana. AgentPay deducts a 5% platform fee from each settlement before forwarding the remainder to the provider's payout wallet. Settlements run hourly. Network and SPL fees are paid by the originating party (agent for calls, AgentPay for settlements).

5.Provider obligations

As a provider, you represent that you own or have the right to expose the API you register, and that the API will return the responses described in your listing. AgentPay is a transport layer — it does not warrant the correctness, availability, or fitness of any third-party API.

6.No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AgentPay is not liable for any loss arising from agent-side spending, provider downtime, or upstream API errors. Use max_spend_usdc in production agents.

7.Termination

You may close your provider account at any time from Settings. AgentPay may suspend accounts violating these terms. Settled and pending payouts continue to settle on-chain after account closure.

8.Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to the contact address on file and shown as a banner in the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect.
